কলকাতায় একের পর এক ভুয়ো আইএএস, ভুয়ো সিবিআই অফিসারের পর এবারে উত্তরবঙ্গে পুলিশের গোয়েন্দা বিভাগের হাতে গ্রেপ্তার ভুয়ো আদালতের বিচারপতি। কিষানগঞ্জ আদালতের এডিশনাল সেশন জর্জ ও স্পেশ্যাল অকশন অফিসারের ভুয়ো পরিচয় দিয়ে শিলিগুড়ির তিন ব্যবসায়ীর সঙ্গে প্রায় কোটি টাকার আর্থিক প্রতারনা। অভিযোগের তদন্তে নেমে শিলিগুড়ির গোয়েন্দা বিভাগের অভিযানে বুধবার হাতেনাতে ভুয়ো সিল-নথি সহ বিহারের কিষানগঞ্জ থেকে গ্রেপ্তার মূল অভিযুক্ত সমীর দুবে ও তার ভুয়ো কর্মকাণ্ডের সহযোগী ফায়েক আলম। জানা গিয়েছে এই ভুয়ো সেশন জর্জ ও অকশন অফিসার সমীর দুবে ভারত সরকার লেখা গাড়ি ব্যবহার করত।
হুবহু সরকারী জাল সিল ও স্ট্যাম্প কাগজ নথি হিসেবে শিলিগুড়ির ব্যবসায়ীদের দিয়েছিল সে।

গত একবছর ধরে ভুয়ো প্রতারণা চক্র চালিয়ে যাচ্ছিলেন এই ব্যক্তি। শিলিগুড়ির শহরের পরপর তিন ব্যবসায়ি এই জালিয়াতির ছকে পা ফেলে।

 

জানা যাচ্ছে কিষানগঞ্জ আদালতের আইনজীবী তিনি। আইনজীবী হয়ে এডিশন্যাল সেশন জর্জ ও অকশন অফিসারের ভুয়ো পরিচয় দিয়ে প্রতারণা চক্র চালাতো সে। এক্ষেত্রে আইনি জটিলতার এড়ানো সহজ হয়ে ওঠে।

গত ২৮শে জুন শিলিগুড়ির সেবক রোডের প্রতারিত ব্যবসায়ি অভিযোগ দায়ের করে ভক্তিনগর থানার পুলিশের কাছে । তিনি জানান গত এক বছর ধরে ওই ব্যক্তির প্রতারনার শিকার তিনি ও তার তিন ব্যবসায়ি বন্ধু। বেশ কিছু মাস আগে ভুয়ো ব্যক্তি তার দোকানে এসে নিজের নাম কেকে ত্রিপাঠী বলে জানান। তিনি বলেন বিহারের কিশনাগঞ্জ আদালতের এডিশন্যাল সেশন জর্জ ও অকশন অফিসার তিনি। তার হাতে পুলিশের বাজেয়াপ্ত করা অকশনের জন্য ছাড়া হবে এমন প্রচুর গাড়ি রয়েছে।

এরপরই ৫০০টন গমের খোঁজ দেন ওই ব্যবসায়ীকে ভুয়ো বিচারপতি। ওই ব্যবসায়ি আরো তিনজন তার পরিচিত বন্ধু ব্যবসায়ীদের বিষয়টি জানালে তারা আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করে ভুয়ো বিচারপতির ফেলা জালে ধরা দেয়। ৯১লক্ষ টাকা  শাকরেদ ফায়েক আলমের উপস্থিতিতে ভুয়া বিচারপতি সমীর দুবে কে দেয় ব্যবসায়ি। এর কিছুদিনের মধ্যে বেপাত্তা হয়ে যান তারা। ব্যবসায়ীরা কোনোভাবেই তাদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করে উঠতে পারেন না।

ব্যবসায়ীদের খটকা লাগতে তারা নিজেরা খোঁজ খবর নিয়ে দেখেন ওই ব্যক্তি আসলে এক জালিয়াত। কিশানগঞ্জ আদালতের আইনজীবী তিনি। তার বিচারপতির ও অকসন অফিসারের পরিচয় পুরোটাই জাল! এদিকে ওই ৯১ লক্ষ টাকার হুবহু সরকারি দপ্তরিয় সিল ছাপ্পা মারা জাল মানি রিসিট , ট্রেজারি চালান সহ নথিপত্র ব্যবসায়ীকেে দিয়েছিলেন ভুয়ো ব্যক্তি।

বুধবার বিহারের কিশান্গঞ্জ এর বাসিন্দা ভুয়ো বিচারপতি সমীর দুবে ও তার অপরাধমূলক কাজের ছায়াসঙ্গী ফায়েক আলমকে গ্রেফতার করে শিলিগুড়ি ডিটেকটিভ ডিপার্টমেন্ট। সহযোগি ফায়েক আলম উত্তর দিনাজপুরের ডালখোলার বাসিন্দা বলেই পুলিশের তরফে জানানো হয়।

এদিন কিশান্গঞ্জ আদালতে ধৃতদের পেশ করে তিনদিনের ট্রানজিট রিমান্ডে শিলিগুড়িতে নিয়ে আসা হয়। বৃহস্পতিবার ধৃতদের শিলিগুড়ি আদালতে পেশ করার সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে।
